This notice explains how your answers in Trigger Pulse are collected and used. Your employer is responsible for deciding why and how your data is used. Trigger Business Services provides the software and handles the data on your employer's instructions.
Each survey says whether it is anonymous. In an anonymous survey, your name and account are not stored with your answers. The system records only that you took part (to prevent duplicates), and your department and group so results can be grouped. Results for groups with fewer than 3 responses are hidden. In a named survey, your employer's HR team can see who gave which answer, and the survey will tell you so before you start.
Written comments: please avoid including names or details that could identify you or others. Comments are shown to your HR team word-for-word.
To measure engagement, understand what is working and what is not, and plan improvements. Your employer should not use anonymous results to identify individuals or to make decisions about any one person.
Survey results are kept while your employer uses the service. After the contract ends, data is deleted within 24 months or earlier on your employer's instruction.
Depending on your location and local law (for example India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent. Contact your HR team first. You can also write to shashi.innotech@gmail.com. Answers given in anonymous surveys cannot be traced back to you, so they cannot be individually located or removed.
Passwords are stored in encrypted form, connections use HTTPS, each company's data is kept separate, and sign-in attempts are rate-limited.
